I have a crib givin to me and now I can not find the sheets to fit him! It is smaller than a double, but rather a mattress of a crib.

You can buy a picture, pretty and someone on eBay (for you or maybe you know someone who sews).
I had made curtains from eBay and a great experience. Post your item on eBay wantitnow want to remember "baby leaf, individual beds" put in the subject line. You could probably just do a search for designer baby bedding.
You could try to get a double row of plates and clips from a corner in the sheet in the bed under control. I had the bed of my son to do. It works well and cheaper than buying custom sheet.
