Can I use Gum-tex instead of tylose for a gum paste recipe that calls for tylose powder? - tex on dental mcqs
I have a recipe online for gum paste, I do egg whites, powdered sugar and Tylose powder. Tylose dust can be substituted for the rubber-Tex? I mean, use the exact same recipe, but with the rubber-tex instead?

Yes you can. I've been using TeX Tylose rubber powder with the same result.
